A (Min)......600,000 IU/Lb Vit. D (Min)......150,000 IU/Lb Vit. E (Min)..........600 IU/Lb Ingredient Statement: Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Potassium Sulfate, Magnesium Oxide, Zinc Sulfate, Manganese Sulfate, Mineral Oil, Copper Sulfate, Sodium Selenite, Vitamin E Supplement, Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin D Supplement, Cobalt Carbonate, Calcium Iodate. Recommended Rate Of Usage: 20 lbs. per ton of dairy feed (14 to 18% protein). 50 to 80 lbs. per ton of dairy supplement (32% protein). The mixture of grain and supplement should contain 20 lbs. of premix per ton. Caution: Follow label directions. The addition to feed of higher levels of this premix containing selenium is not permitted.
